GENERAL APP
A good old run-o'-the-mill app!
A familiar concept for us all, this app will be displayed publicly for everyone to see.
Visual
Well ain't you a looker!
A reference for everyone to see! This part should show the overall design of your character.
The only rule of thumb to remember is that you're... well, human! That, and all those sexy, sexy parts should be kept more or less tucked into your fashionable clothes.
Otherwise, go ham! Fashion? Hair Color? Funky mismatched eyes? The world's your oyster baybee!
Written
And totally interesting to boot... wow!
This section will be a written portion for everyone to see! It should be written in a google doc and handed in along with your visual app.

★ Name: Character’s full name OR a nickname they use. We’re not picky.
★ Age: Must be 16+
★ Pronouns: May include gender as well!
★ Height: For visual reference, go ham friends
★ TAG: owo, what's this? Please check the [Tag System] page for an extended explanation on tags!
★ Personality: Doesn’t have to be too descriptive/complex, a general overview is fine!
★ Biography (Optional): You may or may not include this depending on how much you want other people to know! A summary would do just fine.
As for the mods, we'll be going into your character's background in detail on the next step!
★ Miscellaneous (Optional): Ah, good old misc section, where characters usually shine... You can include likes/dislikes, voice claim, playlists, moodboards, and whatever else you can think of here!
PLAYER FORM
Where the real meat of your character comes in! This is what we truly want you to think about.
Split into an IC and OOC section, these forms will be handed directly to the mods through a google form.
This form will be handed in at the end of your app process as your formal request to join!
IC Section
Well, what do you say?
This section is fully IC, think of it as your character signing their form for the nearest Reaper. With this, it's established that your character already knows what they're getting into by the time the campaign starts!

★ Do you remember how you died?
★ Do you consent to playing Death Race? Disclaimer: All negative answers will result in immediate Erasure.
OOC Section
Oh crap, breaking the fourth wall? Let me just turn around...
This section is completely OOC, something shared between mun and mod! It's not as private as it sounds, though. You're more than welcome to share thoughts and brainstorm with everyone else! All depending on how much you'd like to share, of course...
We encourage discussing most (if not all!) of these questions with your mods before you fill in the form. Tickets will be available to be opened at any time you'd like!

★ Where did they come from? A bit of a pseudo-biography. While your OC could’ve been a tourist, we actually encourage them having been a local at Old Boar City! Feel free to look at the map, pick one of the sections and world-build away! Did they own a shop? Did their parents own a shop? Did they use to work at a specific place? We’d love to build up on these things with you, including locations and NPCs as part of our campaign! Feel free to hit up the mods during the app process if you have any ideas!
★ How and where did they die? Go ham my dudes. Regardless of whether your OC remembers their death or not, this is where we lay down the specifics! If you have a very solid idea, write it down here. If you don’t, feel free to HC with us too!

★ What's the thing they value most? AKA, their entry fee. Try to keep this as solid a concept as you can.

★ What's your character's TAG? Think of TAGS as a passive skill that's innate to your character! This isn't a magical power, but rather a characteristic that makes your character themself! Are they a [PURE BEEF] athlete superstar? Are they just [ILL-FATED] comically unlucky? This is where your character's natural charm influences your rolls. If you're not sure what a good TAG would be, feel free to open a ticket!
★ Do you agree to your character getting hurt/dying? Though there will be events where death is unavoidable (don't worry, we'll let you know!), feel free to answer this however you're most comfortable!

Before you get cracking on your sexy new (or old) OC, there's something we need you to keep in mind:

This story is for you, for us, and everyone here!
We want to make it as personalized an experience as we can, and for that we need you to stand side-by-side with us. Though we don't expect everyone to be theere 24/7 (heck, we probably can't even make it ourselves!), we do expect a good level of commitment. As a main player, you will be driving the story along with everyone else, so we'll definitely expect you to be there at least from time to time!
