Hey, OCs aren't the only ones bound by rules!
★ This goes without saying, but good etiquette is a must!
- No God-modding, Ship-chasing, Meta-gaming- etc, etc. You know the jam! If you’re to break any of these etiquettes, make sure you do so with the other party’s consent.
- Be a good sport! If a roll doesn't turn out as expected, if someone else's OC takes the stage before you, and any other scenario where things don't go as planned, please don't take it personally!
★ Keep it friendly! If you have any trouble with any of the current players, make sure to keep it outside the group and/or let the mods know so we can work around it.
★ Be polite and responsible towards other players.
- Discriminatory/offensive/insensitive content won’t be tolerated.
- Roleplay storytelling is a collaborative effort, and we need all our players to be able to keep up with each other. If you sign up for an event, promise art for a certain deadline, etc- make sure to get it done! And if you can’t, make sure to let us know as soon as possible!
★ We won't tolerate any jokes at the expense of different races, ethnicities, skin-colors, religions, etc.
★ While the group plays with mature/sexual themes, we don’t plan to delve anywhere past comedic surface level with them. Think of it as cartoon-levels of exposure: it's acknowledged, but never explored. While in the group, please make sure to keep the server and general experience PG13 for everyone! We won’t be having a NSFW channel.
★ No shipping. ... Just kidding hehehe, bet you got spooked!!

★ How long will this campaign run for?
Death Race is planned to last 1 year (give or take).

★ How often will events happen?
We have a total of 7 main events planned, with mini events (both mod and mun-hosted) spread throughout. The main events should happen every 2 months!

★ What will Main Events in Death Race look like?
We're gonna find out... together!!! ( We're still new at this sorry bro... )

★ How many OCs am I allowed to have?
1 Main Player, with a definite possibility to have more NPCs once the story gains some momentum!

★ Are there any activity checks?
For main players, we ask that you participate in most if not all of our bi-monthly events! Missing one or two is natural, but if you feel like you'd rather have a lower level of commitment, we'd recommend going for an NPC.

★ Can my character look like _____?
Go nuts go wild go apeshit!!! As long as your character is human and isn't sporting a dragon tail, you can go for anything you want! TWEWY has always had some crazy designs, so please tap into your Art Attack side!

★ I've never played TWEWY/ don't know anything about it, is that ok?
Yes, absolutely!!! Death Race borrows a lot of concepts from TWEWY, but it's still a 'new' take on the game. We think you'll have fun with the setting and story even if you haven't experienced the games yet. (PSSST. We're thinking of making a playthrough on the discord, if that's something you'd be interested in!)

★ Are you worried about a gender/personality/etc. ratio?
Not at all! We might give people a heads up if we see 14 shy characters— but even that could be fun, right?

★ Are pets allowed?
No for players, yes for NPCS! This will be decided on a case-by-case basis, but we'd like to give you as many creative liberties as possible when creating your oc.

★ The OC I want to use is currently active in another group / I want to revamp an OC. Am I allowed to?
The world is your oyster! We don't mind if your oc is active elsewhere or if you want to revive your Sasuke Uchiha fan oc from when you were 12. Who would you have the most fun playing with? That's who we want you to bring!

★ Will there be too much IC emotional turmoil/drama in this group?
Our front page has a piggy in glasses...
Kidding aside, we want to make a mix of lighthearted clownery and cool anime drama! The stakes are high, but so are the jokes haha 420 blaze it

That's perfectly ok! Honestly speaking, the Main Event-storyline may definitely take a bit more commitment than one might've previously anticipated. In that case, please feel free to hit up the mods and we'll work out what to do! If you don't want to be an MC anymore, you can always stay with us as an NPC!

We can't believe we're actually here! We're crazy excited to get this thang up and running at last.
With both of us planning to run an RP Group for years upon years now, after a re-run of TWEWY on February 2021, we just couldn't shake the idea off! With concepts and mechanics constantly plaguing our brains, and blessed by TWEWY's short-ish and straightforward nature (and a burning desire to see a TWEWY-themed group come to life), DEATH RACE was suddenly and inevitably born! Would you look at that.
With this being our first campaign, we don't truly know how well we'll manage the modding position at all. This is where we lay down the inexperience disclaimer, but hey, you'll never know until you try, right? If anything, we thought this'd be the perfect way... to test the limits of our abilities.

Kidding aside though, we really do hope this will be a fun ride for everyone! We put everything together with a lotta love, and we want nothing more than to see you, our friends, and your sexy spicy OCs... tHRIVE!!!!
